Who is Frank?
I have been a professional guitarist in Los Angeles and Houston for 30 years. With rehearsals, gigs, shows, sessions and tours, I have developed relationships and helped to create experiences that can be shared and fostered to change the lives of young musicians everywhere.
What is Frank’n’Strings?
Frank ‘n’ Strings was created to provide students an avenue to improve their talent by providing quality instruments and accessories at an affordable price. Tone, quality and the right instrument (size and playability) are key elements for any musician. As a teacher and a life long learner, I am committed to providing instruments and instruction that will help students realize their full musical potential.
What is Villela?
Villela is my own brand of guitars and strings. Originally created to add new voices to my guitar ensembles, the Villela sound has taken on a life of its own. My strings are crafted for to provide unique pitch and timbre, and my instruments are fine-tuned to deliver the best tone the strings can provide. My guitars began as an educational tool, but songwriters and recording artists have fallen in love with the Villela sound.
